Candour
We tell clients what we have found, including when it is not what they hoped to hear. Advice that has been softened to please is of no use to anyone making a serious decision.

We check our sources, test our conclusions and take the same trouble over how our work is presented as over the work itself. Small errors are how trust is lost.

What a client shares with us stays with us. We do not discuss our clients or our work with others, and we do not use one client's matter for another's benefit.

We choose our work and our clients with care. We decline engagements where interests conflict or where we could not act properly, and we hold ourselves to the same standards we are asked to assess in others.

Our work rests on relationships built over years. We treat clients, the people we speak with and each other with courtesy, and we do not regard any relationship as merely transactional.

This policy explains how Arcillan L.L.C-FZ ("Arcillan", "we") handles personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address and the content of your enquiry. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal information through the form.
How we use it
We use the information you send solely to consider and respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent or share it for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in our business accounts with Google, which acts as our service provider and may process data outside the United Arab Emirates under its own safeguards. Access within Arcillan is limited to those who need it to respond.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which they are deleted, unless we are required by law to keep them longer.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, the pages are delivered by our hosting provider, Google Firebase, and the fonts and images are loaded from Google Fonts and Unsplash; these providers may record technical information such as your IP address in their own server logs.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where relevant, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations, you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use. To do so, please write to us through the enquiry form on the contact page.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
